The location next to the river is in Palaco Grande, nicknamed the “Gold Coast” of Cape Coral where you can watch dolphins, rays and fish play from the comfort of your deck chair. Don't forget to hop on one of the bikes to explore this beautiful quiet neighborhood or take one of the kayaks for a canal ride.

Summary: We could not have been hapier with this property. Very dog friendly with plenty of grassy areas. Very nice pool and deck area. You will be surprised at the amount of open space in this house and you would never imagine by looking at the exterior. Will definitely rent again.

Summary: House was as described. Very quiet neighborhood until last 2 days when house next door started putting in a retaining wall. But there wasn't anything anyone could have done about that. We enjoyed our get-away! Thank you!

Summary: We had such a wonderful experience at this rental in Cape Coral. The home is spacious and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked with all the tools you would need.Our favorite part was the pool and the view. We spent most of our time outside. We used all the outside amenities: pool, fishing, kayaks, bikes and even the beach umbrella and chairs when we visited the near by beaches. We were lucky enough to see a dolphin in the canal one of the days! We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: This property is a true gem! This was exactly what my family needed in order to relax and have some downtime. It was stopped extremely well with all necessities, very easy to access, and their activity guide was greatly appreciated. We will book again!

Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The property was beautiful and house is laid out well for multiple places to hang out. Kitchen is a little outdated, and some of the check-out instructions (washing towels, stripping sheets, emptying garbage cans, and washing dishes) feel "extra" considering the cleaning fee we paid. If the owner's boat is docked, it really blocks the view and hinders fishing off the dock. When we were there the boat was gone for all but the last day, and the sunsets viewed from the couches under the tiki hut were epic. A peaceful stay (except the neighbor's yippy dog--which property owners can't help).
